Functieomschrijving Als QHSE Coordinator ondersteun je de implementatie, coördinatie en verbetering van de kwaliteits-, gezondheids-, veiligheids- en milieuprocedures binnen de organisatie. Je doet tevens verbetervoorstellen en informeert de stakeholders.
- Je volgt de verschillende wettelijke verplichtingen op die relevant zijn voor de sector. In dit kader verzorg je de algemene administratie (jaarverslag, globaal preventieplan, jaaractieplan, veiligheidsinstructiekaarten, vervaldata van certificaten, rijbewijzen,…); maak je risicoanalyses op binnen de verschillende welzijnsdomeinen en formuleer je gepaste preventieve maatregelen.
- Je bent een cruciale factor in de vertaling van het QHSE-beleid naar concrete praktische acties. Je analyseert de 'as is' naar 'to be' en werkt voorstellen van concrete operationele projecten uit. Je stelt een jaarplan op voor de verschillende projecten en bent betrokken bij de uitwerking hiervan. Je draagt een engagerende communicatie met stakeholders hoog in het vaandel en rapporteert frequent aan directie en/of management.
- Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van het QHSE-beleid om de kwaliteits-, gezondheids-, veiligheids- en milieuprestaties te bevorderen.
In deze functie rapporteer je aan, en werk je nauw samen, met de QHSE Manager voor het aligneren van de strategische doelstellingen.
Profiel- Je beschikt over een attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 en heb minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie (bij voorkeur in een operationele en/of productieomgeving).
- Je hebt een degelijke ervaring met, en kennis van ISO-certificatie en -systemen (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 en ISO 45001).
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.
- Je bent een hands-on persoon; praktijkgericht maar kan meedenken op een procesmatig en strategisch niveau.
- Je vertoont ondernemerschap, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt graag resultaatgericht.
- Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis analytisch en kritisch vermogen. Je werkt nauwkeurig.
- Je bent een vlotte communicator, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en kan diplomatisch zijn wanneer nodig. Je kan goed samenwerken met een gevarieerd doelpubliek.
- Je bent zowel een teamplayer als iemand die autonoom kan werken.
- Tot slot zijn stressbestendigheid en flexibiliteit een grote troef in deze job.

- Locatie: Het betreft een overkoepelende functie waarbij je de verschillende sites nationaal (Vlaanderen en Wallonië) bezoekt. Je uitvalsbasis is flexibel: afhankelijk van je woonplaats. Idealiter op of nabij de as Antwerpen – Brussel.
