Guidewire Claims Center Business Analyst (French or Dutch Speaking)

Location: Belgium (flexible hybrid options available)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Guidewire Claims Center Business Analyst to join my clients team and play a pivotal role in supporting their Guidewire operations in the Benelux. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire Claims Center (CC) implementation and maintenance, coupled with strong leadership skills to manage a team of 5-6 members in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the implementation and maintenance of Guidewire Claims Center solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Guidewire CC-related queries and issues, providing expert guidance and support to the team.
  • Manage a team of 5-6 members, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for internal teams and end-users to enhance understanding and adoption of Guidewire CC functionalities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Guidewire products and industry trends, advising on potential upgrades or enhancements to optimize system performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or at least 4 years relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire Claims Center (CC) configuration, integration, and customization.
  • Proven leadership experience in Agile environments, with a track record of successfully managing teams of 5-6 members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in either French or Dutch (proficiency in both languages is a plus).
  • Guidewire certification(s) preferred (e.g., Guidewire Certified Professional).
  • Ability to travel occasionally within Belgium as required by project needs.
