Als operationsmanager breng je structuur en overzicht in onze bedrijfsprocessen. Je combineert technische kennis van interieurbouw met sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden.

Je takenpakket:

  • Masterplanning beheren: Opstellen en bewaken van de project- en productieplanning
  • Projectanalyse: Kritische factoren en levertermijnen bepalen, en planningen afstemmen met interne afdelingen.
  • Coördinatie tussen teams: Afstemming tussen ontwerp, productie en werfplanning, zodat alles vlot en efficiënt verloopt.
  • Digitale planning optimaliseren: Efficiënte & digitale workflows ontwikkelen in samenwerking met het volledige team.
  • Productiestroom verbeteren: Planningsprocessen continu optimaliseren
  • Dienst na verkoop : Beheren van de planning en optimalisatie dienst na verkoop
  • KPI's opstellen en analyseren: OTIF, doorlooptijd, bezettingsgraad, geplande vs. werkelijke uren, planningsbetrouwbaarheid, WIP en spoedorders.

Je profiel:

  • Je behaalde een bachelordiploma (richting houttechnologie, productontwerp,...)
  • Ervaring in planning en procesoptimalisatie binnen een productie- of interieuromgeving.
  • Technische affiniteit met interieurbouw en een goed begrip van materialen en productieprocessen.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en proactieve probleemoplossende mindset.
  • Gestructureerde werkwijze en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring met digitale planningstools en data-analyse.
