Job Description:
As a functional analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing the needs of users and assessing the technical feasibility of proposed solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are well understood and aligned with existing IT solutions.
- You will carry out needs analyses to get a clear picture of what the customer wants and check the technical feasibility. You consult regularly to obtain the requirements of the company quickly, thoroughly and completely.
- You participate in the analysis of existing or new projects.
- You ensure that the customer has a realistic picture of what to expect, so that the needs and the project align with the existing IT structure and solutions.
- You think proactively and assertively with the company about the impact of their requirements and propose alternatives if necessary.
- You will prepare detailed analyses and ensure that they are supported and approved by all parties involved.
- You consult with developers and testers and guide them if necessary, so that they can develop or adapt applications to the customer's wishes.
- As an analyst, you are responsible for:
- Determining the scope of the application, together with the Business Product Owner.
- Supporting the role of Business Product Owner.
- Drawing up Use Cases and User Stories.
- Creating UML diagrams.
- Managing the backlog.
- Testing the application (writing and validating tests).

Technical skills:
You can clearly describe desired and existing processes using Functional Architecture, Use Cases, Data Model, Business and Functional Requirements.
- Good knowledge of UML and BPMN.
- Proficiency in drafting and revising documents for discussion with internal and external clients.
- Ability to translate processes into information that is useful to developers.
- Good knowledge of testing methodologies and Agile development.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Planning and management of Agile ceremonies.
Experience:
You have relevant work experience as a functional analyst, performing at least four of the tasks listed below. You must have at least four years of experience for each task:
- Facilitating working groups.
- Turning needs into functional analyses.
- Creation of User Stories.
- Experience with Agile and ITIL methodologies.
- Writing SQL queries.
