agap2 is a European consultancy company specialized in engineering. We are active in various industrial sectors such as large infrastructure works, life sciences, energy and transport. We are present in 13 European countries, and in Belgium since 2013.
We are searching for a dynamic R&D Project Engineer to drive innovation and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Process/System Development:
- Identify and implement new process technologies to enhance existing processes or develop new products.
- Define project requirements in collaboration with affiliate management and engineering teams.
- Lead projects from conception to scale-up, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct trials, analyze results, and establish consistent process parameters.
- Process/System Technology Transfer:
- Support technology implementation across worldwide affiliates.
- Execute validation activities in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Provide comprehensive documentation and training to end-users.
- Development and Training:
- Facilitate training for end-users on new processes and systems.
- Identify and address additional training needs.
- Develop manuals to ensure effective technology transfer practices.
Key Requirements:
- Master's or PhD in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.
- Extensive industrial experience with a strong project management track record.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Dutch or French
- On-site presence is required.
- Team player with a hands-on mentality.
