Onze Customer Service-afdeling beheert het volledige bestel- en leverproces voor de Benelux en exportmarkten. We streven naar een optimale bevoorrading en uitstekende klantenservice, met oog voor de bijbehorende KPI's. VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige order to delivery proces van exportklanten, van orderintake, transport, productieplanning opvolgen, THT-controle, pro-forma's, CMR, Bill of lading tot douane documenten.
- Je werkt mee aan software implementaties en optimalisaties (OCR, EDI, digitalisaties, ... Hierbij werk je mee in de testfase, voer je de nodige monitoring uit, maak je manuals aan en ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor de nazorg van de projecten.
- Je controleert de EDI-orders zorgvuldig op inhoud, leverdata, beschikbaarheid, enz. . Jouw expertise garandeert een foutloze orderverwerking.
- Je vraagt dagelijks transporten aan bij onze logistieke partners, waarbij je de onmisbare schakel vormt tussen onze producten en hun bestemming.
- Retouraanvragen? Geen probleem Jij leidt het RMA-process mee in goede banen, verwerkt aanvragen en volgt ze nauwgezet op, waarbij je klanttevredenheid steeds de hoogste prioriteit geeft.
- Manco's, transportproblemen of kwaliteitsklachten? Jij informeert klanten proactief en werkt samen met je verschillende stakeholders voor effectieve oplossingen.
- Als back-up voor de delivery planner draag je bij aan het optimaliseren van leveringsprocessen, waarbij je de spilfiguur vormt tussen sales, logistiek en customer service.
- Met precisie en oog voor detail voer je klantenorders in SAP, waarbij je nauwkeurigheid op elk niveau waarborgt.
- Je vraagt transporten aan bij onze logistieke partners

DAT IS 'M:
- Je hebt een Bachelor diploma of je ervaring is gelijkwaardig hieraan

- Je bent proactief, analytisch en altijd klaar om problemen om te toveren tot opportuniteiten, met de nodige portie diplomatie. Je staat bovendien stevig in je schoenen, bent hands-on en durft autonoom knopen doorhakken.
- Je hebt excellente skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ken je ook reeds je weg in SAP? Dan is dit een absoluut voordeel
- Bij voorkeur heb je je strepen reeds verdiend in export en/of FMCG, of heb je al wat kennis opgedaan inzake productieprocessen. Leergierigheid en de juiste mindset zijn hier echter prioritair.
- Tot slot beheers je het Nederlands en Engels tot in de puntjes en heb je een solide basis Frans.
