Ter versterking van ons kwaliteitslab zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Quality Assurance Medewerker.
In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteit en zorg je voor de bewaking van onze kwaliteitseisen.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Quality Assurance Medewerker speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit binnen onze productieprocessen. Dagelijks ben je bezig met het verzamelen van grondstof- en productiestalen en voer je de eerste controles uit om te garanderen dat alles voldoet aan onze strikte kwaliteitsnormen. Je analyseert de stalen die door de productieafdeling worden aangeleverd en beoordeelt de resultaten nauwkeurig. Wanneer afwijkingen optreden, onderneem je direct actie en ga je op zoek naar de oorzaak om passende maatregelen te treffen.
Daarnaast draag je bij aan het optimaliseren van kwaliteitsprocessen door werkwijzen op te zetten en te bewaken. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en reviewt documenten om ervoor te zorgen dat alle kwaliteitsprocedures correct worden nageleefd. Ook ondersteun je bij het onderhouden en verbeteren van ons kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en speel je een actieve rol in de voorbereidingen en uitvoeringen van ISO-audits.
Wanneer interne of externe afwijkingen zich voordoen, voer je diepgaand onderzoek uit, inclusief root cause analyses. Op basis van je bevindingen stel je corrigerende acties op om herhaling te voorkomen. Bovendien fungeer je als back-up voor de Quality Assurance Manager, waardoor je een essentiële schakel bent binnen het team en bijdraagt aan de continue verbetering van onze kwaliteitsstandaarden.
Wat vragen wij?
Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig en slaat de brug tussen het laboratorium en productie.
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een laboratorium- of kwaliteitsfunctie.
- Kennis van ISO-normen (9001/14001/45001) is een plus.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
- Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
- Vaardig met MS Office.
