Wij zijn op zoek naar Business Bankers voor de regio Leuven-Limburg en voor de Kempen.
Functieomschrijving Een onderneming runnen, slorpt heel wat tijd op. Als Business Banker maak je het leven van je professionele klanten zo gemakkelijk mogelijk Als expert begeleid je hen proactief en bouwt een langetermijn relatie met hen op. Jouw persoonlijk advies kan het verschil maken, en ondernemers in staat stellen hun bedrijf beter en sneller te ontwikkelen.
Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat jouw PRO Center dé referentie is in de lokale markt.

Profiel Jouw profiel
- Je bent een enthousiaste en gedreven collega die energie krijgt van veelvuldig klantencontact. Met je klantgerichte flair en luisterbereidheid zoek je voor de (potentiële) klanten steeds de gepaste oplossing.
- Je legt gemakkelijk contacten en hebt kennis van de lokale markt. Je vertegenwoordigt Beobank tijdens networking opportuniteiten.
- Je volgt de ontwikkelingen in de bancaire sector op de voet en bent bereid om je verder bij te scholen.
Jouw competenties en kennis
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring waardoor je de technieken i.v.m. balans- en kredietanalyse perfect beheerst.
- Je kan terugkijken op een (eerste) werkervaring van minimum 5 tot 10 jaar in de financiële, bank- of verzekeringssector.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van kredieten voor ondernemingen en professionele klanten. Kennis van beleggingsproducten, fiscaliteit en van successierechten is een plus.
- Je bent klant- en resultaatgericht én een goed onderhandelaar.

- Onmiddellijk een contract van onbepaalde duur als Business Banker.
- Een on the job-training in het PRO Center zelf, gecombineerd met een volledig opleidingsprogramma in de hoofdzetel van Beobank in Brussel.
