Als Legal Recruitment Consultant bouw je samen met ons team verder de portefeuille uit van zowel advocatenkantoren als advocaten.
- Je adviseert over carrièremogelijkheden en begeleidt actief wervingsprocessen.
- Je bouwt een breed netwerk uit en onderhoudt langdurige relaties, zowel met klanten als kandidaten.
- Je houdt de vinger aan de pols van de rekruteringsmarkt en volgt de nieuwe trends inzakewerving en selectie.
Your profile
Om ons te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar Legal Recruitment Consultants die hun juridische kennis volop wensen in te zetten in de People Business.
- Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring als advocaat;
- Je bent analytisch en haalt energie uit mensen;
- Je houdt van adviseren en bent communicatief sterk;
- Plannen en organiseren is jouw talent;
- Met jouw commerciële skills hou je ervan om oplossingen op maat aan te bieden;
- Nederlands, Frans en Engels zijn talen die jij vlot beheerst.
