FunctieomschrijvingHoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen?
Als Onderhoudstechnicus Access Control zorg je voor het beheer, de opvolging en de optimalisatie van de apparatuur, evenals voor de installatie en het onderhoud van onze toegangscontrole- en inbraakdetectiesystemen in onze gebouwen, om de medewerkers en installaties van de MIVB te beschermen.
Je neemt deel aan het operationeel beheer, om onze systemen te onderhouden, storingen op te lossen en ze verder te ontwikkelen. Ook zorg je indien nodig voor het uitvoeren van corrigerende acties.
Je werkt binnen het Building Automation System (BAS) en rapporteert aan de Access Control Manager.
Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?
- Administratief beheer binnen het kader van de aanbestedingen (bestellingen, facturen, leveringsschema, enz.) en controle van de juistheid ervan.
- Opvolgen en controleren van het werk van onderaannemers en toezien op de kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde werk. Zorgen voor naleving van de technische clausules van het bestek en, indien nodig, corrigerende maatregelen nemen.
- Deelnemen aan de oplevering van nieuwe installaties.
- De database voor de apparatuur (storingen) bijwerken.
- Documenteren van de uitgevoerde correctieve ingrepen en reparaties om de kennisdatabase aan te vullen.
- Problemen analyseren en een passende technische oplossing bieden, de nodige corrigerende maatregelen nemen. Ervoor zorgen dat actie wordt ondernomen om anomalieën op te lossen en dat deze acties tot het einde worden uitgevoerd.
- Bij een storing de situatie snel analyseren:
- Een eerste diagnose stellen van de diverse apparatuur om de beste keuze te maken tussen onmiddellijke reparatie of een noodprocedure.
- De storingsprocedures toepassen of de storing doorverwijzen naar andere diensten.
- In samenwerking met andere diensten de meest geschikte procedure kiezen na een storing (soms bepaalde beslissingen afdwingen).
- Ad-hoc ingrepen uitvoeren bij de verschillende problemen.
- Helpen bij het opstellen van werkinstructies / technische dienstnotities.
- Je draait meerdere keren per jaar een week wachtdiensten.
- Technische bachelor met minimaal 2 jaar ervaring op het gebied van toegangscontrole of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Kennis van de gebouw- en stationsinfrastructuren van de MIVB is een groot pluspunt.
- Kennis van speciale bouwtechnieken (meer dan 3 jaar).
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Office (vooral Word, Excel en Outlook) en kennis van SAP.
- Vermogen om technische clausules en procedures op te stellen.
- Kennis en systematische toepassing van de technische normen binnen je domein en van de veiligheidsprocedures.
- Kennis van de tweede nationale taal is een pluspunt (Selor artikel 8).
