Legal Recruitment Business Manager – Gent/Brussel

Wat mag je verwachten in deze rol?

Als Legal Recruitment Business Manager ben jij de schakel tussen klanten en kandidaten. Jij zorgt voor de perfecte match en bouwt mee aan duurzame relaties.

Concreet betekent dit:

· Je luistert naar de noden van je klanten en vertaalt deze naar een aantrekkelijke vacature.

· Je zorgt voor een vlotte lancering van vacatures via social media kanalen zoals Linkedin.

· Je beheert je eigen vacatures en gaat proactief op zoek naar het juiste profiel – zowel op vlak van expertise als persoonlijkheid en waarden.

· Je werkt aan vaste aanwervingen én tijdelijke projecten met interim advocaten, juristen of paralegals.

· Je staat nauw in contact met kandidaten: je voert diepte-interviews, screent op vaardigheden en begeleidt hen in hun carrièrekeuzes.

· Je zorgt voor heldere opvolging en feedback naar klanten, inclusief duidelijke kandidaatverslagen en een overzicht van het rekruteringsproces.

· Dankzij je juridische achtergrond of ervaring spreek je de taal van je klanten en kandidaten. Je denkt mee over hun volgende stap – professioneel én persoonlijk.

· Zin in meer? Dan kan je meewerken aan de uitbouw van onze business en projecten in marketing of HR.

Wie ben jij?

· Je hebt een master in de Rechten. Een eerste ervaring in HR is mooi meegenomen.

· Je communiceert vlot en legt makkelijk connectie met anderen.

· Mensen begeleiden en ondersteunen geeft jou energie.

· Je bent resultaatgericht, creatief in je aanpak en denkt oplossingsgericht.

· Je bent een teamplayer met een positieve, open mindset.

· Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt graag zelfstandig.

· Je bent commercieel ingesteld en bouwt met plezier aan duurzame relaties.

· Je bent Nederlandstalig of tweetalig. Andere talenkennis? Altijd mooi meegenomen.
