Een internationaal bedrijf, actief in kantoorbenodigdheden en kantoorinrichting is op zoek naar een Field Sales BE - Kantoorbenodigdheden en inrichting . Sinds de oprichting in 1960 is het uitgegroeid tot een belangrijke speler binnen de Benelux en is het vertegenwoordigd over verschillende Europese landen. De bedrijfscultuur kenmerkt zich door een informele sfeer met veel vrijheid en vertrouwen. Samenwerking staat centraal, zowel lokaal als internationaal. Klanttevredenheid en servicegerichtheid zijn kernwaarden, waarbij medewerkers ruimte krijgen om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.

In deze veelzijdige en zelfstandige rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Beheren en behouden van bestaande Key Accounts in België.
  • Actief prospecteren en binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten.
  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van accountplannen om langdurige partnerships te versterken.
  • Identificeren van kansen bij grotere accounts en inspelen op contractcycli.
  • Zelfstandig plannen en uitvoeren van klantbezoeken, met focus op de belangrijkste klanten.
  • Onderhouden van relaties met diverse gesprekspartners, zoals inkopers, HR-managers en directieleden.
  • Werken aan tenders waar nodig, met ondersteuning van gespecialiseerde collega's.
  • Opstellen en uitvoeren van een businessplan om targets te behalen.
  • Regelmatig afstemmen met het team in Nederland (ongeveer twee keer per maand).
  • Rapporteren aan de Sales Manager.

We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven professional met een sterk commercieel instinct en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken. Jij herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Minimaal een bachelor-denkniveau en enkele jaren relevante saleservaring.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en resultaatgericht met een winnaarsmentaliteit.
  • Sterk in het opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige klantrelaties.
  • Oplossingsgericht en in staat om kansen te signaleren en te benutten.

Het sollicitatieproces: Het selectieproces bestaat drie gespreksrondes, gevolgd door een assessment. Tijdens dit proces krijg je de kans om ons bedrijf en de functie beter te leren kennen, terwijl wij ontdekken of jij de juiste persoon bent om het team te versterken.
