We're looking for a senior AML consultant to assess regulatory gaps against the AML Package and support remediation actions.
What you'll do
- Compare existing AML/CFT frameworks and internal guidelines with new requirements.
- Support implementation of identified remediation actions.
- Coordinate stakeholders while working independently on complex files.
What you bring
- Strong AML/CFT experience in banking or insurance.
- Legal and compliance knowledge within financial institutions.
- Experience analysing EU and Belgian AML/CFT legislation.
- Project management experience.
- Investigations and suspicious activity assessment experience.
- Strong analytical, drafting and documentation skills.
- English, C1.
- Dutch, C1.
- French, C1.
Nice to have
- Gap analysis experience.
- Knowledge of the AML Package, including RTS, ITS and Guidelines.
