Amaris Consulting is seeking a Run & Service Transition Lead to define and implement the operational model for complex IT infrastructure and transformation programs. You will ensure solutions are operationally ready and transitioned from Build to Run.
You will lead the definition of TOM and support models, integrate Run requirements from Build, and structure ITIL processes across Incident, Change, Monitoring, and more, ensuring smooth go-live and handover.
