Microbiologist

About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Microbiologist to join our growing laboratory team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about microbiology to gain hands‑on experience in pharmaceutical quality control testing while working alongside experienced professionals in a state‑of‑the‑art facility.

Roles & responsibilities

• Perform routine microbiological testing including bioburden, sterility, and environmental monitoring
• Prepare culture media, reagents, and testing materials following SOPs
• Collect and process samples according to established procedures
• Document all testing activities accurately and maintain detailed laboratory records
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to protocols
• Assist in the investigation of deviations and out‑of‑specification results
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory work areas
• Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related life science field
• 1+ year of laboratory experience preferred (entry‑level candidates with strong academics considered)
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and sterile processing
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP laboratory practices
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organizational abilities
