Job Description
- Coordinate technical maintenance, including tendering, planning, and execution
- Manage service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Prepare and evaluate supplier offers, contracts, and performance
- Monitor works execution to ensure quality and adherence to standards
- Respond proactively to technical issues and operational incidents
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and budgets
- Review and validate invoices from contractors and suppliers
- Optimize space utilization and coordinate internal relocations
- Organize facility services using dedicated FM tools and systems
The Successful Applicant
- Background in engineering, facilities management, or technical operations
- Prior experience in building management or real estate services
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Autonomous, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
- Resilience under pressure and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of CAD tools is an advantage
- Fluent in English and French for professional interactions
