  • Support business teams in leveraging AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and address increasingly complex operational challenges

  • Coordinate the implementation of new technologies within cross-functional projects
  • Bridge the gap between business stakeholders, IT teams and other relevant parties
  • Support and train business users to make sure new tools and solutions are adopted effectively
  • Use AI tools in your daily work to speed up analysis, documentation and process mapping

Who you are

  • 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in a project or consultancy context

  • A genuine affinity with AI
  • Curiosity about how AI and automation can reshape business processes
  • Strong analytical thinking combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable facilitating workshops and challenging stakeholders when needed
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
