We are currently looking for a Qualification & Validation Specialist to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in the Walloon Region, Belgium. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical qualification and validation activities within a dynamic team environment. The role offers the chance to support key projects related to production, assembly, and packaging activities, playing a crucial part in maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will work remotely with some on-site presence, supporting both documentation and hands-on qualification activities for equipment and processes. This position is an initial temporary assignment with potential extension, ideal for professionals with proven experience in qualification and validation within the pharmaceutical or related industries.
This mission is for one year until end of 2027, and can offer between 600-675€ per day depending on experience.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the periodic review of qualification status and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Execute qualification and validation activities for production, assembly, and packaging equipment.
- Work on qualification activities related to combination products and support packaging projects.
- Investigate deviations, technical issues, and propose appropriate solutions.
- As the Qualification & Validation Specialist, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities and maintain accurate documentation.
Role Requirements
- A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Quality Assurance / Quality Management).
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in Qualification & Validation within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, particularly with production and packaging equipment.
- Hands-on experience qualifying and validating equipment for manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Fluency in French, with the ability to read and write technical documentation in English.
- Availability and full commitment for the duration of the assignment.
