For a specialized producer of premium meat products, Adecco is recruiting an on-call polyvalent production worker in the food industry. In this role, you work in a production environment where quality, hygiene, and craftsmanship are central and closely monitored. You contribute to an efficient production process and handle precise assembly and packaging of premium meat products. You maintain order and cleanliness on the production floor and support inventory management so processes run without interruption. The position is strictly on an on-call basis and depends on production planning, which requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing workloads. You work within a team where cooperation is important, while also taking independent responsibility for your own tasks.

• You ensure a clean and hygienic workplace by strictly following applicable hygiene standards and immediately reporting any deviations you observe.
• You assemble and package premium-quality meat products in a structured manner, working precisely and carefully to meet defined product specifications.
• You strictly follow production requirements and written work instructions, ensuring the production process runs optimally and established quality standards are consistently achieved.
• You replenish stocks and manage materials on the production floor, keeping the production department continuously supplied and preventing process stagnation or downtime.
• You collaborate with colleagues, provide support where needed, and contribute actively to a positive team dynamic and orderly working atmosphere.
• You work in a dynamic production environment where craftsmanship and innovation come together within the food industry, handling tasks that may vary based on production needs.
