Wonka is hiring a Customer Support Intern to be the first line of support for WonkaChat users. You will answer questions by email and in support channels, and convert user problems into clear bug reports for the product and IT teams.
You will work 3 days a week for 6 months, with on-site Diegem presence or remote work. The role requires patience with non-technical users and a structured approach to reporting, plus fluency in French or Dutch and strong English.
