QHSE Manager

As QHSE Manager, you are responsible for the integrated quality, health, safety, and environmental management system within our organization. You support management and teams in a continuous improvement approach and ensure compliance with customer requirements, applicable standards, and legal obligations.

As QHSE Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining, developing, and improving the QHSE management system
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable requirements
• Planning and coordinating internal and external audits
• Managing corrective and preventive actions
• Managing non-conformities and customer complaints
• Advising management on quality, safety, environmental, compliance, and improvement opportunities
• Conducting risk analyses and monitoring associated action plans
• Participating in the promotion of a genuine safety culture and continuous improvement through training and awareness initiatives
• Collaborating with teams in the Benelux region to share best practices and harmonize processes

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quality management, safety management, or a related field;
• You have significant experience in a QHSE role within an industrial or technical environment;
• You are proficient in quality management systems and possess excellent knowledge of ISO 9001 and audit processes;
• You have strong knowledge of occupational safety, environmental issues, and regulatory compliance;
• You are fluent in professional English;
• Knowledge of French, Dutch, and/or German is an asset;
