HIRO is seeking a talented Top Pastry Chef in Antwerp, Belgium, to combine Japanese wagashi techniques with South American flavours in unique dessert creations. This role offers artistic freedom, opportunities for culinary innovation, and the chance to make a significant impact within an international high-end concept.
The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of high-end pastry experience, strong aesthetic sense, and fluency in English and Spanish. Mentoring junior pastry chefs and collaborating with product development teams will be essential aspects of the job.
