Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on resale property opportunities, providing expert guidance on market trends, pricing strategies, valuations, and investment potential
• Conduct property viewings, valuations, and comparative market analyses
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining Mavrix's reputation for excellent standards and premium service
• Qualify and nurture leads through CRM management, ensuring exceptional client experience throughout the buyer journey
• Attend real estate launches and industry events, staying informed on market intelligence and legislative updates
• Uphold RERA standards and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of local property purchase procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven success in Dubai's real estate secondary market
• Valid UAE driver's license with own vehicle
• Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
