We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications in the banking sector, turning business needs into scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.
What you'll do
- Develop AI applications using Python, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
- Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
- Deploy, test, monitor, and optimize AI solutions in production.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver practical AI use cases.
- Apply best practices in cloud development, security, and Responsible AI.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience with Python and AI application development.
- Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, or AI agents.
- Experience deploying AI solutions into production.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), APIs, and CI/CD.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Nice to have: LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, MLOps/LLMOps, banking experience, and knowledge of the EU AI Act.
