TELUS Digital Bulgaria is seeking a Fitbit Customer Support Specialist with French to join our Sofia team. You will assist users via tickets and calls, provide device-use guidance, and collaborate with an international group to resolve issues.
Relocation to Sofia is offered with a €1,200 relocation bonus, up to 30 days of company-provided accommodation, plane ticket, taxi from the airport, and fully paid training. Fluency in French (B2) and good English (B1) are required for success in this role.
