Mobile Vikings nv is seeking a Customer Care Agent to assist Vikings across Dutch, French, and English channels. You’ll resolve issues, manage social media queries, and craft concise tweets that entertain and inform. You’ll contribute to a dynamic team in a vibrant office environment.
This role offers 32–40 hours per week, with options Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday. You will be the voice of the company and advocate for customers, while continuously learning and growing within the team.
