As a Recruitment Consultant, you are in daily contact with candidates and customers.
Client Details
You will be joining the newest division of a global player in the field of recruitment, which has also won the Top Employer award several times in a row.
Description
- Attend presentations and meetings
- Approach a network of customers and candidates
- Persuade them to work with you on their recruitment needs
- Negotiate terms, brief them and advise them on their recruitment needs
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from candidate selection to offer management
- Participate in job fairs and universities
Profile
- You speak Dutch and/or French fluently and have an excellent level of English
- You are a driven, social and entrepreneurial person
- You can work autonomously while remaining a real team-player
- You are a persuasive and compelling person able to sell yourself and the company
- You are adaptable and can change your style of delivery depending on your audience
