• Supervise and organize the activities of account managers to ensure that deadlines are met;
• Monitor the progress of cases and take proactive action in the event of delays or excessive workloads;
• Allocate tasks judiciously and anticipate your team’s operational needs;
• Guide, support, and motivate team members in their personal organization and performance;
• Ensure the quality of work performed and verify compliance with established standards;
• Identify procedural obstacles and propose practical solutions to overcome them;
• Participate in the planning, implementation, and adoption of new digital tools and artificial intelligence;
• Manage unforeseen situations, resolve operational issues, and ensure business continuity;
• Serve as a liaison between partners and teams to ensure the office runs smoothly;
• Contribute to the organization, structuring, and development of the firm, thereby allowing partners to focus more on their strategic roles.

• Has prior experience in auditing, at an accounting firm, in financial consulting, or in a similar role with significant responsibilities;
• Has a proven track record in team management and the coordination of activities on a significant scale;
• Has a strong ability to set priorities and manage unexpected situations effectively;
• Is strongly results-oriented and focused on finding appropriate solutions;
• Has a solid understanding of accounting and financial issues;
• Is known for being proactive, self-reliant, and trustworthy;
• Is comfortable in dynamic and constantly changing environments.
