Nektar Natura is growing strongly in Belgium, and we are looking for a Field Service Technician to support our growing customer and machine base across the country.
You will become an important technical partner for Nektar Natura Belgium, working mainly with hotels and hospitality customers.
Your responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of Nektar Natura machines at customer locations
- Preventive maintenance
- Troubleshooting and repairs
- Machine replacements and technical interventions
- Train customers on proper use and maintenance
- On-site technical support for our customers
- Reporting and follow-up of technical interventions
- Support installations at trade fairs, events, and customer presentations
- Work closely with our sales, operations, and technical teams
What we are looking for
Technical experience in electromechanics, maintenance, field service, electrical work or a similar field
Comfortable travelling throughout Belgium
Dutch is required
English is a strong plus
French is a plus
Customer-friendly and professional
Location
Belgium – preferably centrally located around Brussels, Flemish Brabant or Walloon Brabant, but other locations are certainly possible for the right person.
