Our client, a leading organization focused on customer experience solutions, is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to own the software architecture of their delivery project. This role concentrates on maintaining codebase integrity and guiding the development team to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the software architecture and manage technical debt within a running delivery context.
  • Guard codebase integrity by maximizing reuse and maintaining modularity.
  • Detail high-level solutions into executable designs for development and infrastructure teams.
  • Enforce security and performance standards through quality gates and static analysis.
  • Shape user stories and manage technical dependencies to ensure smooth sprint delivery.
  • Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and monitoring tools.
  • Coach developers through code reviews and technical walkthroughs to elevate team skills.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role such as Tech Lead or Solution Designer.
  • You have production experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript across multiple projects.
  • You possess production experience with Sitecore in a headless setup.
  • You bring working knowledge of backend services using .NET 8 or higher.
  • You have experience with Azure hosting and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • You're able to shape technical requirements and manage project dependencies.
  • You have experience coaching teams through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
  • You are proficient in English with a C1 level.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with XM Cloud, Headless Services, JSS, or Content SDK.
  • Working knowledge of Experience Edge in production.

  • Work regime: Full-time.
  • Location: Brussels.
  • Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week onsite).
  • Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
