Production Worker – Kitchen Department (Aalter)
We are a meat‑specialized company based in Aalter. The Kitchen Department operates a 2‑shift system and focuses on hygiene, efficiency and quality production of comfort‑food classics such as vol‑au‑vent, tomato soup with meatballs and roast beef.
Responsibilities
- Work in the kitchen producing meat‑based dishes on an industrial scale.
- Follow hygiene and safety procedures to maintain high quality standards.
- Assist in preparing and cooking comfort‑food classics in a timely manner.
- Maintain an efficient workflow across 2 shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience working with meat and in a kitchen environment.
- Ability to work in a 2‑shift system (day and night).
- Strong commitment to hygiene and efficiency.
- Motivated, reliable and willing to take ownership of production tasks.
