- You handle the processing and follow-up of payments, files, and inquiries linked to international transactions for a diverse range of clients, including corporations, small and medium enterprises, and individual consumers;
- You oversee and monitor the payment chain to guarantee the accurate execution of international transfers;
- You analyze payment files and gather essential information to pinpoint the source of any issues that may arise;
- You collaborate effectively with various stakeholders involved in the payment process, both within the organization and externally, to address and resolve requests, including cases involving non-receipt of funds or discrepancies;
- You ensure clear communication and timely responses to all parties concerned to facilitate smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- A proactive and upbeat attitude, fostering a sense of teamwork and encouraging peers to reach their goals;
- A client-focused approach, consistently prioritizing the needs and preferences of clients while exploring innovative solutions in a multifaceted environment;
- Strong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail, ensuring thorough assessment and accurate execution of tasks;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French, and English, facilitating clear and effective interactions;
- Fundamental understanding of Correspondent Banking, as well as familiarity with SWIFT and international payment systems.
