To strengthen our team in Kortenberg, we are looking for a bilingual Sales Support professional who combines commercial awareness with strong administrative accuracy.
Mozer High-Tech Logistics is a dynamic family-owned company specialising in high-tech logistics, transport and professional relocation solutions. Across our locations, we support customers with reliable, efficient and tailored services.
You will support the commercial team and ensure the smooth administrative follow-up of customers and assignments. Acting as a key link between sales, planning, operations and finance, you will contribute directly to a professional customer experience.
- Prepare, register and follow up quotations and customer files
- Process and verify purchase orders in the CRM system
- Prepare reports following preliminary site visits
- Respond to pricing requests based on agreed contractual rates
- Prepare work orders, planning documents and transport documentation
- Request and follow up parking permits
- Support invoicing, profitability calculations and periodic reporting
- Follow up outstanding invoices and send payment reminders
- Provide general administrative support to the various departments
- A secondary or higher education qualification in administration, office management, languages, business or a related field
- Professional written and spoken proficiency in both French and Dutch
- A precise, structured and customer-focused approach
- Initiative, flexibility and the ability to manage priorities independently
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with CRM or ERP software is an advantage
