- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout delivery
- Translate customer requirements into scalable product configurations
- Guide customers towards best-practice adoption of the platform
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, and customer teams
- Support implementation planning, testing, validation, and go-live activities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience delivering SaaS implementations, software projects, or similar customer-facing technology initiatives
- KYC / AML expertise
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with enterprise customers or complex business environments
- Ability to challenge requirements and guide customers towards scalable solutions
- Professional proficiency in English and native-level Dutch or French
- Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations
- Familiarity with Agile environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience in banking, insurance, compliance, or other regulated industries
- Exposure to testing, validation, or delivery management activities
