Are you a #curious, #structured, and #committed consultant who wants to help organizations transform the way they work through Salesforce AI and Agentforce?
We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant with AI & Agentforce expertise to design and build intelligent Salesforce solutions that combine business processes, CRM data, automation, and AI-powered agents.
If you love workshops AND you also love being hands-on in Salesforce: translating business challenges into AI use cases, designing agents, orchestrator, subagents, configuring prompt, instructions and actions, and integrating Agentforce into business processes, this role is for you
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and building impactful AI & Agentforce solutions, guiding clients through their AI transformation, coaching junior colleagues, and shaping Salesforce AI best practices within a people-first, fast-moving consulting environment.
- You've never worked with Salesforce or have no understanding of the Salesforce platform and its core capabilities.
- You don't enjoy workshops, problem-solving, or challenging existing business processes.
- You prefer staying only at "requirements level" and don't want to get involved in solution design, configuration, and testing.
- You're interested in AI only from a theoretical perspective and don't enjoy translating AI opportunities into concrete
