Barry Callebaut Group is seeking an experienced R&D Director Specialties Western Europe to shape and drive the regional strategy across Specialties, Decorations and Inclusions. You will own the end-to-end NPD funnel, oversee portfolio governance and lead cross-functional teams with direct customer engagement to deliver value, feasibility, and compliant innovations.
The role requires senior leadership in a matrixed global organization and strong chocolate/ingredient industry knowledge.
