Instructor/Coach (occasional) – based anywhere globally
This role is 100% online. You can work from anywhere in the world while maintaining a full‑time job or other commitments.
Compensation is based on a transparent internal scale that varies with experience and country cost of living. The position offers potential career progression.
Expertise Areas
- Issue campaign development, especially deep experience with strategic campaign development with groups
- AI use in campaigns, particularly automations and agentic AI
- Running micro and nano-influencer campaigns
- Bitcoin for social change groups
- Alternatives to Google and other Big Tech products
- Running an online/offline campaign to pressure a target
- Running campaigns in low‑internet areas or when internet is blocked
- Short‑form video production, especially using phones
- Graphic/Web Design: coach the next generation of movement designers
- Ad campaigns (Meta, A/B tests, lead ads etc. Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok and Google/YouTube and geofencing ad experience also a plus)
- Instagram, TikTok – Using these and emerging social platforms effectively for organizing (not just personal use)
- GEO, AIO and DEO for organizing groups
- Fundraising – especially digital grassroots / small dollar; comprehensive donor campaigns; peer‑to‑peer campaigns; end‑of‑year campaigns
- CRMs – migrations, comparisons
- Getting media coverage outside of North America
Qualifications
Deep, demonstrable experience in at least one of the expertise areas listed above is required. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
