What We're Looking For

We're searching for individuals who are ready to embrace a lifestyle of travel, service, and adventure. To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need:

• At least 21 years old.
• A minimum height of 163 cm—essential for safety and operational requirements.
• A high school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent).
• Fluency in written and spoken English—additional languages are a significant advantage.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform—maintaining Etihad's professional image.
• Ambition, passion, and excitement for a travel lifestyle—you're ready to explore the world.

What You'll Earn

Tax-Free Salary: Earn up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on your roster.
