This role combines the management and growth of an existing Industry customer portfolio with the development of new business opportunities across the Out-of-Home channel in Europe. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in markets with significant growth potential while building long-term customer partnerships and driving profitable business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing Industry accounts across sectors such as Bakery, Confectionery, Ice Cream, Desserts and Savoury applications.
  • Develop new business opportunities within Foodservice, Bakery, HoReCa, distributors, wholesalers, chains and other OOH channels across Europe.
  • Identify market opportunities, build a strong prospect pipeline and convert opportunities into sustainable business.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, from operational contacts to senior decision-makers.
  • Lead customer projects from brief to commercial launch in cooperation with R&D, Innovation and other internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the main link between customers and internal teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Quality and Customer Service.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, support business planning activities and contribute to commercial strategy development.
  • Represent AGRANA/Dirafrost at customer meetings, distributor events and industry trade fairs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Food Science, Food Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B commercial experience within the food industry, Foodservice or Out-of-Home sector.
  • Proven track record in both key account management and new business development.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to sell value-added solutions.
  • Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, industrial customers or foodservice operators is highly desirable.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluent English and Dutch required; additional European languages are an advantage.
