CNC Press Brake Operator

We are looking for an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator (Bystronic) for a modern manufacturing company in Belgium. This is a long-term opportunity for skilled professionals who want to build their career in a stable and international environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Operating and setting up Bystronic CNC press brakes
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Selecting the correct tools and machine parameters
• Producing high-quality sheet metal components according to specifications
• Performing quality checks and dimensional measurements
• Adjusting programs and machine settings when required
• Working closely with production and quality departments
• Ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met
• Maintaining machines and keeping the workplace organized

Who We Are Looking For

Required Experience

• Experience operating CNC press brakes, preferably Bystronic
• Experience in sheet metal processing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with quality control and dimensional measurements
• Knowledge of bending tools and machine setup
• Strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level)
• Ability to work independently and accurately

Preferred Experience

• Bystronic press brake programming
• CNC machine setup and optimization
• Working with thin and thick sheet metal
• Prototype and small-series production
• Experience in a manufacturing environment focused on quality and precision
