Klantcontact & Administratie Specialist

Bouwkampioen, Belgium's rapidly growing platform for building materials, seeks a friendly customer service agent. You are the first point of contact for customers by phone, chat, WhatsApp and email, answering product, order, delivery and quotation questions in Dutch, French or English.

You will provide administrative support, processing orders, returns and credit notes, keep customer records up to date, and suggest improvements to workflows as the team grows.
