- - Bridging operational and analytical
Values
- - Data quality and ownership

About You
You’re a Data Engineer who understands that good data architecture starts with good events. You know how to design data models that evolve, pipelines that scale, and systems that stay observable.
You have experience with Kafka (or similar streaming platforms), and you’re comfortable working with tools like Flink, Snowflake, dbt, or similar to make real-time data useful for analytics and machine learning.
You collaborate easily with domain experts and developers to design event schemas that are both technically sound and business-relevant.
