Design Manager - Brussels, Belgium - Permanent - Data Centres - €60,000-€100,000

Managing the scope of work, the design budget and contract documentation for each project.
Preparing, monitoring and updating the design schedule, and efficiently allocating tasks within the team.
Coordinating design activities between the Belgian team and international project teams, playing a connecting role within the MCF hub.
Coordinating and optimising designs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external parties.
Leading, reviewing and challenging design decisions and design changes.

Hold a master's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
Strong experience managing and coordinating multidisciplinary design and engineering projects, preferably within data centres, industrial buildings or other complex built environments.
Proven experience in leading design teams and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, such as engineers, consultants, contractors and clients.
You are familiar with digital and automated design and engineering processes, including 3D design and BIM environments (such as BIM360).
