Manufacturing Supervisor — Lead High-Performance Embedded Ops

Concurrent is recruiting for a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production activities at our Colchester site. This hands-on leadership role focuses on developing people, improving processes and delivering high-quality, on-time products in a demanding environment.

You will oversee a team, drive improvements, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Programmes while championing health, safety and compliance across the operation.
