VS Consulting Group is hiring We are looking for a Community Success Manager PART TIME based in Lille or Brussels.
Specialized in financial consulting, our clients range from startups/scaleups, SME’s to big corporations within various sectors (manufacturing, services, SaaS, retail, etc.). We are a team of 20 people and we deliver diverse projects such as accounting & financial reporting, controlling, treasury, fund raising and finance transformation.
You will be part of a team that is lead by one of our founders with almost 20 years experience and leading CFO missions for various clients. When you join VS Consulting Group, you become part of a growing and ambitious company with offices in Brussels, Ghent, Lille, Lyon and opening an office in Paris.
About the Role
Community Success Manager
CFO Forward (CFO FWD) is a community for CFOs and Finance Directors launched by VS Consulting Group The objective is to reach 500 registered members by the end of 2026.
Reporting directly to Alric, founder of CFO FWD, and working closely with VS Consulting team.
Responsibilities
- Manage LinkedIn content and editorial planning.
- Animate and moderate the member community.
- Onboard newly approved CFO members and facilitate networking.
- Represent CFO FWD at events, trade fairs and webinars.
- Organise dinners, community events and conferences.
- Facilitate workshops and virtual sessions.
- Produce member-focused content and interviews.
- Maintain member profiles and onboarding workflows.
- Track and report monthly engagement KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience in community management and communications.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Interest in finance, AI and fintech.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- French, Dutch and English fluency required.
- Autonomous and proactive working style.
- Ready to travel regularly to France
