Deel is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Website team, owning deel.com and landing pages behind it. This role sits at the center of our CRO practice: you'll design, test, and ship experiences that turn visitors into pipeline.
You’ll take ownership of ambiguous, high-stakes problems on our highest-traffic surfaces, running experiments end to end, from hypothesis to A/B test to shipped design. You bring a growth mindset: curious, data-driven, and always looking for the next test.
