Bio Process Technician

In the role of a Bio Process Technician, you are responsible for preparing processes and setting up (pre-) industrial pilot installations. In addition to setting up these test installations, you will also carry out the different process steps and operate the corresponding equipment. In consultation with the process engineers, you closely monitor the process parameters of the scale-up processes assigned to you (fermentation, biocatalysis, purification). You regularly take samples, analyse them in the lab, and critically evaluate the results, actively contributing ideas for potential improvements. Moreover, you act as a true ambassador for safety, structure, and hygiene in the process environment.
