NV CHEP Benelux SA in Belgium is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner for the Benelux supply chain. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment model, focusing on transitioning from agency-reliant hiring to direct, cost-efficient recruitment.
You will own workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for plant-based roles, driving EVP and employer branding with Workday as the system of record.
