Manage hotel reservations using the internal booking system
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure optimal service
Respond promptly to urgent requests and handle unexpected situations efficiently

You already have an experience as a travel agent and you must have an experience already with the Amadeus platform otherwise your application won't be taken into account
English is the most important language
You ideally have a bachelor in Tourism
Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to work independently and accurately
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexible, efficient, and a strong team player
