Maneuver Marketing is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people strategies with ambitious growth in a remote-first setup. You will partner with Creative, Growth, Tech & Ops, reporting to the Head of People, shaping playbooks, policies and compensation strategies.
Strong data skills and experience supporting senior leaders are essential. The role offers real ownership: running performance cadences, pay decisions, manager upskilling, and automated HR operations with modern tooling.
